If you ask my family and friends, they\u2019ll probably tell you that I\u2019ve always done whatever came to mind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I left my village in Germany to go and live in the US. I left Disney after twenty years to set up my own business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In actual fact, all you see are the projects that have passed censorship. My censorship. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are the worst rejecters of our most cherished ideas. The board of \ndirectors in our heads is forever pointing out all the stuff that might \nnot work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imagine if I\u2019d given it my all instead of holding back with my \nendless \u201cyou can\u2019t, that\u2019s ludicrous, who do you think you are, making \nyourself out to be so important?\u201d and my favourite \u201cwhat will people \nsay?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My board of directors is always highly critical and I questioned everything so many times before taking the plunge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the confinement, I\u2019ve decided not to listen to my censorious directors anymore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
